Welcome to the Alumni Board portion of the Beta Phi website. The alumni board is currently in a very important time as it pertains the housing for our undergraduates. As you may or may not know, the current lease with Lambda Chi Alpha (the undergraduate’s current residence) expires in May of 2009. Due to this the Alumni Board is work on obtaining a permanent residence for our undergraduate members.
In spring of 2003 the TKE house located Nez Pierce Drive was vacated. The University took over the house and currently holds the property. The AGR Alumni Board is working on purchasing and renovating of the former TKE house to provide a home for our members for the next 40+ years.
To make this happen, the Alumni Board has been working with Nationals for guidance in purchasing the house and raising funds for the renovation project. In parallel we have been hired Associated Architects, a Moscow Architectural firm, to performing feasibility studies as well as estimate the cost of renovation of our new home for our undergraduates.
