Alumni Relations

Interaction between alumni and undergraduates has always been a point of pride for our chapter. However, as we undergo the steps necessary to provide new living arrangements for the chapter, communication is now more important than ever. Tools such as e-mail, conference calls, and meetings are already used between the alumni and the undergraduates but another useful tool is our chapter's newly updated web-page. Alumni who register on our website can view anything from the monthly schedule of the undergraduates to our recruitment and membership development efforts. The web page will be the best tool, short of actually coming to the house, to get an idea of the direction, leadership, and efforts of the undergraduate members. Another goal of the website is to promote communication amongst alumni. A secure but easily accessible directory of our alumni members will be accessible to all members and could be a place where alumni could update their own information on their own time. The possibilities of using our website to it's full potential is enormous, as the undergraduates get used to using it as a chapter tool, I challenge the alumni to do the same.
