Time Frame For Project
The fundraising drive for the new Beta Phi house will continue through August, 2009. The bricks will be used to create the "Beta Phi Walk of Fame, Family and Friends" at the entry to the new house. After all orders are collected, the engraved bricks will be delivered to the new house and installed by AGR alumni. You can see your engraved brick at the Beta Phi General Membership meeting in 2009.

Brick Sizes
The brick pavers are offered in both 4”x8” and 8”x8” sizes. The 4”x8” pavers can have 3 lines of text with up to 15 characters each. The 8”x8” pavers can have 6 lines of text with up to 15 characters each. Also offered in the 8”x8” size is a simplified logo (approved by brick committee) with 4 lines of text. Eligible characters include any letter, number, symbol, blank space, or punctuation found on a standard keyboard. Replica bricks can also be ordered in the “packages” shown on the enclosed order form. Replica bricks will have felt bottoms and a brass frame added to an exact copy of your brick, and will be sent to you when the fundraising project is complete in August, 2009.

Where Does Your Money Go?
While your donation would not be considered tax deductible, at least 85% of your brick donation goes directly to the Beta Phi Housing Fund. The other 15% will go to the cost of the brick and engraving. This fund is controlled by the Idaho Alumni Association of Alpha Gamma Rho, Inc., in a money market fund managed by D. A. Davidson.

How Do You Order?
Please fill out the order form that accompanies this brochure and mail it, along with your financial contribution, to the contact person on the back of this brochure. If you would like to include a logo on an 8”x8” brick and are unsure if it will be allowed, please fax a copy of the logo to the contact person on the back.

Additional Ordering Instructions
• Please print clearly using dark ink. Inscription will be centered and will appear as ‘ALL CAPS’. Each space can consist of a letter, number, symbol, blank space or punctuation found on a standard keyboard.
• DO NOT provide a P.O. Box as an address. Shipping costs are included only within the continental U.S.
• The Idaho Alumni Association of Alpha Gamma Rho reserves the right to approve all inscriptions prior to production. Please do not include e-mail addresses, phone numbers, advertising or inappropriate language.”
• Complexity of logos are subject to approval.
• No order cancellations will be accepted after 10 days of placing your order.
• We cannot guarantee multiple orders will be installed together.
• We cannot guarantee the color of your replica will be an exact color match as your paver.
